Delivery areas
We deliver across Pakistan. Lahore orders may qualify for free local delivery, while other cities are charged the delivery fee shown at checkout.
Dispatch process
Every laptop receives a final quality recheck before it is packed. Dispatch begins after order confirmation and, for online payments, payment verification.
Secure packaging
Laptops are protected with layered cushioning, charger separation, and tamper-aware outer packaging to reduce movement during transit.
Tracking
When an order is dispatched, the tracking reference is added to the order status. You can follow progress through the Track Order page.
Delivery inspection
Check the outer package before accepting it. Report visible courier damage immediately and record photos or video before opening.
